I have a couple of things that I need to address that are important for everyone to make note of. I felt that it had to be written on a separate little page for those to read instead of cluttering current pages’ content. I’m hoping people will see this and know of these crucial matters. So let’s get to it.

So starting in April 2026, I have decided to not renew the paid subscription for site to allow it to just show the domain name instead of switching to the hosting site’s name. Unfortunately ads will also return which I unable to control when I do this. I’ve made this decision due to the lack of traffic to the site despite the efforts I have put in to get visitors. My life has been so stressful, depressing, and painful that I haven’t gotten chances to do alot of blogging as well as writing for the site that I was hoping to do in 2025. The domain name will remain as I will continue to pay for it yearly as log as I can afford it. I do apologize for the annoyance that the ads will cause though. I don’t like ads on sites either so I understand but I hope everyone will still visit my site.

The other thing I wanted to bring up is about the site name itself of “Kitty Deviance”. I spent a long time thinking up this name to be a combination of me and my twinnikins (may she r.i.p) so I really don’t ever want to see it used by anyone else. I’m not able to afford legal ways to own the name but I can put the trademark symbol after it which I have so that shows sole ownership to me. The trademark by me should be respected based off of Google searches I’ve done on the subject. Just in case though, I’m letting all my visitors know of the following areas you will only see the name “Kitty Deviance”, “kittydeviance”, or “Kitty Deviance™”. The areas are the following:  this site, Gmail (linked on site), Discord (username: kittydeviance), Instagram (linked on site), YouTube (linked on site), Pinterest (linked on site) Reddit (username: kittydeviance), Tiktok (username: kittydeviance), and Twitch (username: kittydeviance). If you see the name used anywhere I’ve not listed then please contact me to let me know about it so I can deal with it best I can. I want to protect this name I lovingly thought of in memory of my twinnikins for this site.
