
Ingredients
• 3 zucchini
• 6 oz bag snipped green beans
• 1 lb. red potatoes
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp ground sage
• ⅛ tsp ground white pepper
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• ½ tbsp pure honey
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Cut zucchini in thin rounds and cut the red potatoes into approximately ½ inch cubes.
• Place the zucchini, red potatoes, and green beans onto a half sheet pan. Toss them with the olive oil and spices. Evenly flatten out the vegetables then drizzle the honey along the top of them.
• Put the pan in the oven on middle rack and roast for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are golden brown as well as cook through.
• Serve with any meat of your choice and enjoy. 😺
{Side note: the spice measurements may be a bit too much or too little to your taste. Please feel free to mix them spices with olive oil in a bowl and taste first if you wish}
