I started doing meal prep as a way to have dinners that would be portioned out so it might help me to lose weight. I spent alot of time coasting through Pinterest finding ideas for meals after searching on Google came up with very little of the type of meals I wanted to make. It lead to having to get the right sheet pan and mixing bowls that I didn’t have. Yea I didn’t cook much except microwave and simplistic stuff. I came up with some fairly easy meal prep recipes from ones I’ve made though I’m new to doing recipes so measurements for herbs are not exact. I kind of feel that people have their own preferences to spices and how much they’d want in such foods. I try my best to give the best estimates of what I put in the recipes for herbs so just telling in advance.
