
Ingredients
• 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
• white pepper
• ground sage
• garlic powder
• paprika
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Place the chicken on a baking pan and add ½ tsp of each spice to the top of each chicken thigh.
• Put in oven for 35 minutes and check with meat thermometer to make sure it is cook thoroughly at 165°F.
• Serve with any side you wish. I recommend roasted vegetables. Eat and enjoy. 😺
{Side note: the spice measurements may be a bit too much or too little to your taste. Please feel free to mix them spices with olive oil in a bowl and taste first if you wish.}
